What are the Dimensions of the Replacement U-Bolt for Thule Sidekick?

Hello, what is the bolt center to center spacing and the total depth? Is the only difference between this U bolt and this one the coating? Thule Sidekick Thanks

The bolt to bolt spacing on the Replacement U-Bolt for the Thule Sidekick item # TH02943 is 4". It is 2" deep overall.

I have linked a diagram below that will show you these measurements and a couple more.

They are different dimensions along with the coating.

Yes, you can use u-bolt #TH02943 with your Sears Sport 20 SV cargo box. Or, if you wanted to, you can use replacement hardware kit #TH05603 to replace all of the hardware or to have some extra parts on hand should you need them.

According to Thule, who manufactured that box, the mounting holes in the underside of that box should be about 4 inches apart. If that's indeed the case, the #TH02943 would be the correct U-bolt.
