Your 2016 Kia Foret5 looks to have a max towing weight of 1,800 lbs which would mean that the largest hitch you could have is a class I hitch. With a class I hitch you're not really equipped to tow, it's more suited for hitch mounted accessories.
With that being said, you can use the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56228 to add a 4-way to your Kia Forte which would get plugged into your tow dolly and provide lights.
