The Westin Truck Bed Mat # 50-6175 is heavy enough that it doesn't require any kind of anchors or adhesive when you put it in your 2007 Chevy Silverado Classic 6.5' bed. Just be sure to lay it out in a warm environment for a while prior to installing it so it has time to flatten out.
