Can I Add an In Bed 7-Way Connector to a 2024 Chevy Silverado 3500 w/out the Puck System?
Question:
I just got a 2024 Chevy Silverado 3500. I have installed a B&W gooseneck hitch in it because I did not want to wait for one with the puck system. I want to know if there is a way to add the electrical connection for the trailer hook up to the inside of the bed. I saw this feature at the dealership and wonder if I could add it as an aftermarket part. Thank you

Congrats on the new truck! You can indeed add a 7-Way connector to the inside of the bed on the 2024 Chevy Silverado 3500. I recommend the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness item # C58FV. This harness puts a 4-way and 7-way connector in the bed of your Silverado and allows you to keep the one on your bumper. This makes hooking up to your gooseneck trailer's 7-way easier and more convenient.
