Where are Connection Points to Install Curt Wiring Harness part # C56217 on 2014 Toyota Highlander

Where in the back is the connection points for the wiring harness? i.e. Drive side/Passenger side/etc. Thanka

Expert Reply:
The connection point that is in the rear of your 2014 Toyota Highlander will be on the driver side. You will need to open the tailgate, remove the access panels, scuff panels, trunk floor panels and trays to access the 4-pin connector.
There is also another connection point up front on the driver side. It is located underneath the dash on the driver's side between the emergency brake pedal and the brake pedal.
