Parts Needed To Flat Tow A 2023 Ford Ranger
Question:
Im in the process of buying a 2023 Ford Ranger these are the parts I have checked out RM154,RM156-25,RM88400,RM524459-5,BRK2595,RM790. The RM15267 I dont need the coil cable or the plug socket I have them from my 2013 Ford Flex so the RM154 should be all I need. Can you double check my items and make sure these are what I need. Thank you

The Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-524459-5 would be a great option for the baseplate. If you don't already have a tow bar to complete the connection to the motorhome then I recommend the etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar for Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plates # e74ZR.
Since you're reusing your power cord and socket you'll really only need the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-152. The charge line kit # RM-156-25 is a great choice to make sure that your battery doesn't drain while you tow.
The brake light relay kit # RM-88400 may or may not be needed depending on your braking system. If you're using a portable system like the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR then you wouldn't need to install this. The second vehicle breakaway switch # BRK2505 will be needed though.
The # RM-154, # RM-790, and # RM-15267 wouldn't be needed.
