Can Old Cable be Used for 1-1/2" Waste Valve System
Question:
Where is the grey tank cable measured from? My cable seems to be 132" for the entire set-up. Can I just order the 1.5 vavle and use my existing cable?

Potentially - it just depends on how your current valve is connected to the cable as well as what brand waste valve you have.
For example, the Valterra Waste Valve for RV Gray Water Tank - 1-1/2" Diameter - Spigot to Hub # T1001NH has a connection that screws into place while the Valterra Waste Valve Body # TC172 has a different connection to the cable and it's a replacement for a Valterra waste valve system.
Let me know what you have and I'll be happy to see if we have the correct replacement for you!
