Class S Tire Chains For 315/75-16 Size Tires
Question:
2002 Ford f250 powerstroke. Not lifted, but extra leaf springs to easily accomodate 315 75r16. Manual says class s only, but I can use non-class s in rear correct? Like the pewag ladder chains?

I cannot say it's okay to use tire chains that are not Class S if your owner's manual specifically says to use Class S tire chains, no. I know you're going to be very mad at me but I have to go by what the owner's manual says, as I cannot tell people otherwise. The designation isn't just for height on tires, it is also for the inside on the tires, as a link too large can interfere with brake lines and other braking functionality.
So I have to recommend only using Class S tires for your 315/75-16 tires, the Titan Chain # TC2337.
Please also use tensioners # TCMA3.
