How to Determine Correct Trailer Hub
Question:
Do you sell a hub and bearing kit for a vintage TeeNee trailer? Thank you

Expert Reply:
It's possible we have a hub for your TeeNee trailer, though we don't have any way of knowing off-hand or cross-referencing what hubs you need. So in order to find the correct hubs you will need to take apart your current hub assembly and look at the bearings themselves; wipe away the grease and you should be able to see the part number stamped directly on them.
If you are unable to find them, you need to use a digital caliper and measure your spindle where the bearings ride, like in the photo I added. You will also need to know your wheel bolt pattern; if you aren't sure what your wheel bolt pattern is I have linked a printable template which will tell you exactly what you have.
So for example, if both your inner and outer bearings are L44649 (1.063" inner diameter) and you have a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern, you would use the Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 2,000-lb Axles - 5 on 4-1/2 # 8-259-5UC1-EZ.
I have added a link below to our entire selection of hubs for you once you find this info.
