Assuming your trailer light are similar to the LED Trailer Tail Light # 328-003-81LBM1, then the red wire on the light is for the stop and turn lights, the black is for the tail lights, and the white is the ground wire.

On your trailer, you're going to have to test the individual functions of the wires coming out of your trailer to find out what hooks to what.
