Trailer Hitch Receiver For 2014 Jeep Patriot For BIke Rack
Question:
Do you recommend a bolt on hitch receiver for a 2014 Jeep Patriot to attach a bike rack? If so, where can I get the bolt on attached or holes drilled since I don’t have tools to drill the holes? Thanks!

Expert Reply:
A trailer hitch is 100 percent the best option for your 2014 Jeep Patriot to carry a bike rack, and holes will not have to be drilled to attach it. The correct fit is the following:
- etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98836
And while there is no drilling needed, the install does require a number of tools, but you can easily just take it to a local mechanic or garage to have it installed. It won't be any issue whatsoever for them to do the install.
