Question:
I am looking for the most secure trailer tounge lock. I have a Big Tex car hauler trailer that uses the sliding round coupler. Ive tried Reese. No good. What do you have that really seriously is secure? Thankyou.

It sounds like your Big Tex car hauler trailer uses a collar lock coupler like the Bulldog Collar-Lok Coupler # BD028442. The most secure lock for a coupler like this will be the Blaylock Total-Encasement Coupler Lock. We have part # BLTL-23 for a 2-5/16" ball coupler, or the # BLTL-22 for a 2" ball coupler.
The total encasement locks render the coupler completely inoperable when secured in place. They are very easy to put on, and virtually impossible to take off without the key.
If you have a different kind of coupler on your trailer, feel free to send me more information, or even a picture or two, and I am happy to make a recommendation.
