Can i install an above bed rail system even if I have an oem prep package already installed? 2017 f250 super duty

You wouldn't install a brand new system, instead you'd just need to use the Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch # C88KR.
This adapter would drop into the OEM pucks on your 2017 Ford F-250, and would provide a set of standard rails for a 5th wheel.
