Ramp Solution to Make Loading Low Clearance Vehicle on Trailer Easier
Question:
Im looking for a bumper pull toyhauler for my formula race car. It is very low so I need an extension ramp so it doesnt high side while loading. I thought by jacking up the front end of the trailer and letting air out of the tires to load I could get a shorter ramp. Or I could get smaller diameter tires and wheels. Will any of this work?

Expert Reply:
For loading lower clearance vehicles we have Race Ramps like the part # RR-TR-11-2 which was designed specifically for this. If you can jack up the front of the trailer with it still connected to the tow vehicle that could work. We can't recommend loading a trailer not connected to a vehicle for safety reasons.
Deflating the tires would make a difference too but it might not be practical all the time.
