Troubleshooting A-iPower Generators That Will Run On Propane But Not Gas

i have a a-i power generator sua.3800ied it will run when its on propane but will not run on gas can you please help

If your A-iPower 3,800-Watt Portable Inverter Generators # 289-SUA2000i-2 are not running on gas but will with propane than your carburetor is most likely clogged and would need to be removed and cleaned in order to get your generators up and running again.
