Those are not compatible, but I have a set that is. For your 2017 Ram 1500 Limited with a 5-1/2' bed, you will need the Reese Quick-Install Custom Bracket Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches item # RP50142. These brackets are custom fit and install in pre-existing holes in your trucks frame.
The full kit is also available. It is item # RP50142-58. This includes the brackets and the 5th wheel rails.
The Reese Quick-Install Custom Outboard Brackets for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches item # RP56016 you were looking at fit Ford trucks.
