Replacement For Cracked Trailer Coupler

see photo of trailer tongue at top of ball having crack lines forming. advice?

Yes, you need to replace that cracked coupler right away. I'm not sure from the photo what ball size it takes or if you have a straight tongue trailer or A-frame, but get something with a good powder coat or one that is zinc-plated if this is a boat trailer, like the Demco Cast Head Coupler - A-Frame # DM37ZR or Demco Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler # DM13203-95.
