Will the Yakima HangOut 2 Bike Rack Block a Back Up Camera on a 2020 Volvo XC90?

I have a 2020 Volvo XC90. Will I have issues with the backup camera with this rack installed?

Yes, you will. It will most likely block the camera. I checked online and it looks like the backup camera on your 2020 Volvo XC90 sits right above the license plate. This is a common spot for cameras on suvs and like all bike racks the Yakima HangOut 2 Bike Rack item # Y02637 is going to mount directly in front of it.

I linked a video below of this bike rack installed on a similar shaped suv. We didn't have one done on a Volvo but this will give you an idea of what to expect. Best case scenario is you can see through the bike rack with no bikes mounted but I would have extremely low expectations of seeing out of that camera with a bike or bikes mounted.
