The instructions for filling up the Shocker Hitch Air Cushioned Gooseneck Coupler # SHK47MR air bag are to fill up the air bag to 15 psi, drive your towing rig around, and then make any adjustments after that based on how you feel the performance is.
When you aren't using the trailer it's best practice to release the air pressure and keep the air bag shielded from the sun, but if you ever have to replace it that can easily be done with this:
