Does Roadmaster Falcon Tow Bar Swivel to Side When Stored

Question:

I have roadmaster falcon all terrain tow bar it swivels were red plate is now it allso swivels where round stainlees rod enter gray was always able to raise and lock into place now both swivels is this normal thank you

Normally when you store the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain part # RM-522 you raise the arms up (which can rotate from side to side) and lock them in the upright position. From there you would rotate the arms to the side in a "flat" position to the left or right. Most likely what you are experiencing is normal and just the arms are a little looser now when stored upright which is causing them to rotate down.
