I have a replacement for your Titan Aero 6000 actuator. I recommend the Dexter Brake Actuator with Manual Lockout item # T63FR. This actuator is rated for trailer's up to 7,500 lbs and has a 2" ball coupler. Dexter bought out Titan a few years back so this is as close of a direct replacement as there is.
