Sup I ave a 2023 Highlander with a full size spare tire. Do yall offer a htich that will allow me to keep the full size spare underneath?

Yes, we do offer a trailer hitch that will allow you to store the full size spare underneath of your 2023 Toyota Highlander. For that I recommend the EcoHitch class 3 # EH35VR. This hitch has a 2" receiver and is rated for 5,000 lbs towing and 750 Tongue weight. We did install this hitch here at our shop in Missouri on a 2023 Highlander and found that there was in fact room for the full size spare.
