The closest we can get you to that setup is with the following:
- Brophy Anti-Rattle Drawbar # BR39FR (6" drop)
- 2" Hitch Ball # 19258
You'll have a really hard time finding an 8" drop for a shank that fits a 1-1/4" hitch receiver simply because that hitch receiver size is weaker than a 2" or 2-1/2" receiver so you don't want there to be the possibility for that much torque. As long as you have your ball mount within 1" of your towing setup being level you'll be good to go, but I'm not sure what the 8" drop puts you at so I'm linking our ball mount article for you to reference as well.
