What Might Cause Jensen RV Stereo To Lose Speaker Volume When Power Outlets of RV are Used
Question:
We have a Jensen JWM60A in our trailer. We have a problem that causes the radio both AM and FM to fade out or have static when something is plugged into an electical outlet. Could it be the radio or might it be an electrical problem on the trailer? Any sugestions would be appreciated. Thank you

Expert Reply:
That sounds like the increased amperage draw on the power system of the trailer is causing the Jensen RV stereo part # JWM60A to not have enough power for the amp to power your speakers. I would check to make sure the battery is power system is adequate and that your battery is in good shape.
