Is there a base that will work with my 2019 Husky roller hitch with pucks – and Fit my 2022 2022 Chevy 3500HD 4WD Fleetside crew cab LTZ Please let me know what information you need - i have a photo of my Husky hitch and dimensions – Thank you 2019 Chevy 2500HD 4WD Fleetside crew cab LTZ 2022 Chevy 3500HD 4WD Fleetside crew cab LTZ Thank you

I wish we could help but we don't have any adapters that can fit your Husky hitch and work with the OEM rail kit of your 2022 Chevy Silverado 3500. Only option would be a new hitch like the B and W Companion Slider part # BWRVK3775 which fits the OEM rail kit directly without any adapters.
