Is The TorkLift StableLoad # TLA7311S The Best Choice For Reducing Sag When Towing a Trailer?

Question:

I have a 2010 Dakota 2wd. Do you think I should install these Torklift TLA7311S or something else? I want the truck to stay level since it squats right now when I tow. thanks

The best way to keep your 2010 Dodge Dakota level when you are towing a trailer is by using a weight distribution hitch. I prefer to use the Equal-i-zer system as they have been around for a long time with a reliable design which all others try to compete with. You will need to select the correct hitch based on your trailers weight and tongue weight.

200-600lbs Tongue Weight, Trailer Up to 6,000lbs # EQ37060ET
600-1,000lbs Tongue Weight, Trailer Up to 10,000lbs # EQ37100ET

The TorkLift StableLoad Suspension Upgrade # TLA7311S will only help to reduce rear squat. It does this by engaging the overload spring sooner. It does not help transfer weight to the front axle like a weight distribution hitch will.
