What Would Cause Trailer Wiring to Stop Working After Install of Flat Bed
Question:
Have a 2020 Chevy 3500. Removed bed and put on a flatbed. Removed the trailer plug from the bumper and pickup bed. After installing the flatbed hooked up the trailer plug to the flatbed using the factory harness and plug in. Now I do not get trailer turn signals, trailer park lights. Used a 12v tester and clipped to the ground in the plugin then tested all circuits. The trailer 12v and brakes had power. No power to trailer tail and turn signals. Checked all fuses and all were fine. Also unplugged the harness from the frame mount for the trailer connection and got the same results.

If everything worked prior to the bed swap and then stopped working after and the fuses are good that would indicate to me that the wiring must have gotten damaged during the bed swap. I know that's not a super easy solution but you'd want to trace the wiring back up to the front of the truck looking for any signs of damage and fix as needed.
