What is Benefit to Stretchiness of Front Runner Stretch Cargo Strap
Question:
I dont understand the benefit of this critter. Why would this be better than a typical ratchet strap like # ST74FR? Thanks!

Expert Reply:
The benefit to a cargo strap like the Front Runner part # FR59RV when securing cargo will be that if the cargo shifts at all the stretchiness of the strap will allow it to move and still put tension on the cargo holding it in place. If there's no give you run the risk of cargo shifting and the strap losing all tension on the cargo and potentially losing it.
