If slamming the door on your vehicle caused the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System w/ Night Vision - Rear Mount # FOS43TASF to regain signal and work then it would lead me to believe the issue is with your monitor/power cord. Assuming that the vibration from slamming the door got it to work again it's plausible that a bump in the road caused it to lose the connection in the first place.

Check the connection to the monitor and make sure that the power cord is fully inserted into the 12v outlet in your vehicle. I would also check to ensure no debris got into the outlet and blocked the cord from fully connecting. There could also be an internal break in the wiring inside the power cord and may require you to replace it with # C-FOS07TAPK-006.

If the monitor and power cord aren't the issue then I would then check your connections for the camera to ensure they aren't loose and causing the camera to shut down, thus giving you the no signal issue.
