Recommended E-Bike Rack for 70 lbs Bikes w/ a Ramp
Question:
What is the best hitch rack for a Chevy Silverado 1500 to carry 2 fat tire e-bikes? Biktrix step over - weight 72 lbs without battery and Biktrix step through - weight 69 lbs without battery. I need a ramp due to the bike weight. I like the Thule easy fold but it shows a 65 lbs weight limit per bike.

The best bike rack for your two fat tire e-bikes that weigh 72 lbs and 69 lbs is the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack item # HLY84FR but it doesn't have a ramp. This rack has a weight capacity of 80 lbs per bike and can fit bikes with fat tires up to 5" wide.
The Hollywood Racks Destination E Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes item # HLY66ZR would fit all of your needs but it has a 70 lbs capacity per bike. You are so close with the 72 lbs and the battery removed. If you could get it within the 70 lbs range this would work perfectly. This bike rack fits tires up to 4-1/2" wide. This is our highest capacity bike rack that includes a ramp.
I have linked a couple of review videos below so you can see the functions of these bike racks.
