How to attach your metal fender for 13” wheel? Will your fender work on a 10 ply tire?

The Single Axle Trailer Fender w/ Backing Plate # HP97FR can be welded or bolted to your trailer. We do also have the Mounting Brackets # CE26098G-2 which you can use for additional stability. Yes, this fender will work with a 10-ply trailer tire.
