Expert Reply:
Your best platform bike rack for spare clearance is the RV Rider part # HLY64FR as it has the most clearance between the hitch pin hole and the wheel trays. This has 12 inches from the pin hole to the pivoting portion of the rack but then has even more clearance out to the center of the wheel trays where the bikes would be located which would be what would potentially interfere with the spare so based on that this would work well and be your best option.
