Recommended Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier for a Thor Motorhome

Looking for a 2” hitch spare tire mount for my motorhome. Spare is about 75 lb so it has to be heavy duty. Please advise

The Thor Motorhomes have a big tire and the only hitch mounted spare tire carrier we have for it is the Roadmaster Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier w/ 2" Receiver Opening item # RM-195225. This carrier holds 16" to 24-1/2" spares with any bolt hole pattern and fits a 2" hitch.

The etrailer Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier item # e98ZR you were looking at and other comparable spare tire carriers at that price range aren't rated for motorhome wheels/tires. The main issue is that the mounting system won't accommodate wheels with large bolt patterns like 8 on 6-1/2". That carrier can only support up to 6 lug wheels.
