Yes, the Curt Class III Trailer Hitch, # 13323, will fit on your 2007 Toyota Tacoma PreRunner. This hitch fits all models of the 2007 Tacoma. We had a customer install this hitch on their PreRunner model last month and commented that it works great. They did add that an extra set of hands would help raising the hitch into position.

If you plan on doing some towing, I have attached a help article that will help you choose the correct ball mount for the trailer you intend to tow. If you can tell me the rise or drop you need in a ball mount, I would be happy to make a recommendation for you.

If you also need to install a trailer wiring harness, I recommend the Tow Ready T-One Wiring Harness, # 118496. This harness simply plugs into the vehicles taillight assemblies and does not require any cutting or splicing.
