Custom Wiring Adapter Needed for Installing Tekonsha Prodigy P3 for a 2019 Ram 1500
Question:
I am interested in buying the Tekonsha prodigy p3 for my 2019 Ram 1500. I read an article from e-trailer saying I would also need a wiring harness 3204-p for plug and play. I can’t find where to purchase the harness. Thanks

The Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter 3024-P is exactly what you need for installing the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 on your 2019 Ram 1500, but their parent company was bought out a few months ago (as of June 2023) so a lot of the Tekonsha products are in a state of "limbo" while the new company figures out what is going on.
I don't anticipate a wiring harness like this to go away for good so you can either play the waiting game to see if/when the Tekonsha harness will come out, or your can make your own by using the Curt Wiring Adapter # C51458. If you cut off the black connector on the Curt wiring adapter and then splice this (per color) to the pigtail you received with your Prodigy P3 then you'll have a custom-made wiring kit for your Ram pickup.
Happy towing!
