Can Replacement Brackets And Hardware Be Purchased To Reinstall Base Rails
Question:
Is there a replacement parts kit? I found my rails but have lost the brackets and hardware.

Unless you know the actual make and model number of the rails it's honestly best to just replace all of the parts with a new kit to avoid any fitment issues since brands are not cross compatible and some models won't work with others under the same brand. You can still purchase replacement parts if you can determine the model number though.
If you do want a complete kit then I recommend the B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BWRVK2605. This custom-fit base rail kit will mount using the existing holes in the frame so that you aren't having to fight to get a drill in there and spending hours drilling holes. This kit is American made and B&W is well known throughout the industry as being top tier in quality.
