Replacement Clearance Light Options for a 1994 Newmar Class A Motorhome
Question:
Dear etrailer.com, I recently bought a 1994 Newmar Corp. Class A motor home. I want to replace the five outside amber clearance lights above the windshield. I may need all new mounting hardware with electrical socket/wiring, as the existing hardware is original and corroded and will need replacing. I will also need new amber lens covers with gasket/seals. I will also need five 5 replacement light bulbs see photo. Do you have these items in stock?

For your 1994 Newmar Class A motorhome, I recommend going with the Trailer Clearance or Side Marker Light w/ Reflector # MC44AB1 for a replacement.
This light measures 4" wide x 1-1/2" tall x 15/16" thick, 3" between the mounting holes on center, and includes an incandescent light light bulb and amber lens cover as well.
As far as mounting hardware / seals are concerned they are not included but you can easy find this at your local hardware store; Or if you wanted to do something different you could also use the LED Trailer Clearance or Side Marker Light w/ Reflex Reflector # MCL82AB.
This light measures 4-7/16" long x 1-5/8" tall x 7/8" deep, has mounting holes 4" on center so it's a bit bigger, and uses LEDs rather than bulbs so it'll last much longer and there won't be any bulbs to replace.
This light is also sonicalluy sealed so it'll hold up to water much better than a standard light.
