Options For Towing 20k 5th Wheel Trailer With 2019 Chevy Silverado 3500 w/ Curt EZr Gooseneck Hitch

I have a 2019 Chevy 3500 Dually with a Curt EZr Double Lock Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch. What do I need to get to be able to pull a 5th wheel trailer that has a dry weight of 16,620 lbs and a GVWR of 20,000?

To tow your 5th wheel with your 2019 Chevy Silverado 3500 Dually with the Curt EZr Double Lock # C611-624 installed you have two options.
First option is using a 5th wheel adapter # C16210 which will fit in your gooseneck hitch and allow you to use a standard 5th wheel hitch # C16140 if you have a long bed truck, or a slider 5th wheel hitch # C16541 if you have a short bed truck. Both of these hitches and the adapter itself are rated for 20k max trailer weight which is what you need, you'll just need to verify that the pin weight does not exceed the 4,000lb capacity of the adapter.
The second option is replacing the pin box on your trailer with one that attaches to a gooseneck ball instead of a 5th wheel king pin such as the Gen-Y # GY58GR. These pin boxes are specific replacements, so I'll need to know the model pin box you currently have, or a picture of the white sticker on the flange that the pin box is mounted to, and I'll need to know the pin weight of your loaded trailer.
Between the two I like the gooseneck pin box because you don't have to worry about moving a heavy adapter and 5th wheel hitch when you are done towing and want to empty out the bed of your truck.
