Question:
Will this gooseneck hitch work with aftermarket Firestone airbags? I saw pictures of the hitch bring installed with Riderite bags, but he didnt post any pictures of the hitch installed with the air bags.

There's only one set of air bags that is compatible with the B&W Turnover Ball System item # BWGNRK1108 and your 1999 F-250. It is the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers item # AL88390. All of the other air bag kits are blocked by the brackets used to install the gooseneck hitch. So to answer your question there are no Firestone kits that will work with an in bed hitch of any kind on your F-250.
The center bolt for the upper air bag bracket of the Air Lift item # AL88390 will actually go though the side plate for the gooseneck hitch so there will be no compatibility issues. You will want to install the Turnover ball system first.
To operate the airbags from inside the vehicle, I recommend using an air compressor kit like the Firestone Air Command I item # F2097. This kit comes with an air compressor, single path controller, and all other airlines and fittings needed for installation.
