According to Yakima's fitment guide if your 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Limited has rails that run from the front to the back then you'll need the following components:
TimberLine Towers for Yakima Crossbars - Raised, Factory Side Rails - Qty 4 # Y33TR
Yakima JetStream Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 50" Long - Qty 2 # Y00425
You could go with longer crossbars ( 60" # Y00426 or 70" # Y00427 ) for more overhang so it's easier to load your kayaks, but you'll want to measure to ensure that the crossbars won't extend past your side mirrors to avoid getting a ticket. This system is rated for 165lbs but you're still limited to what the roof of the vehicle is rated for so you'll want to look through the owner's manual to determine what the rating is and go with whichever is the lowest to avoid any damage to the rack and vehicle.
Unfortunately there are no naked roof options currently available if you do not have rails that run front to back.
