Troubleshooting Trailer Wiring Where Left Stop/Turn Circuit Stays On
Question:
2000 Ford F-250 Super Duty/2007 travalong horse trailer I have a new circuit box, new 7 way on trailer, new plug in box of pickup? The left side tail light stays on with light switch off will blow 7.5amp fuse when plugged in also? Have an extra rv battery to run some extra lights when its hooked to pickup burns the wires un hooked from pickup works properly? Any thoughts?

With weird behavior like this the problem is an insufficient ground. Try improving the main ground harness of the trailer that normally runs to the trailer frame and if your horse trailer is aluminum try running jumper wires from the ground of each light back to the main ground harness.
Also check for any shorts as well.
