Since 5-ways are not nearly as common as 4-ways we don't have a 5-way kit custom fit for your 2019 Toyota RAV4 but we do have a way to install one. You'd need to first start with a 4-way like the Curt # C56434 which is custom fit for your RAV4 and then use a 5-way adapter like part # 20036 and you'd be set. The adapter plugs into the 4-way and then once spliced to your vehicle's reverse light circuit it will be active.
