Solution For Loose 4/7-way Connector HM40975 with Missing Clip In 2012 Ram 3500
Question:
Hello! The combo 7/4 trailer plug that I have on the bumper of my truck is loose as it is missing one of the two metal clips that keep it in place. Do you sell these clips loose? Thank you!

You may be able to DIY something to keep the connector from being loose in the bumper, but you'll need to replace the entire 4/7-way combo connector on your 2012 Ram 3500 with the # HM40975 if you can't figure out a DIY solution, as just the clips are not available by themselves.
