Can 168" Long Gen-Y Hitch Aluminum Loading Ramp Set Be Used to Load Mower in Trailer
Question:
Contemplating loading a compact utility tractor weighing approximately 6,000lbs into 20 foot box truck for cross country trip. Height of bed is between 45 inch - 48. Are the ramps long enough or will slope be too steep to do safely? Thank you

The 168" Long Gen-Y Hitch Aluminum Loading Ramp Set # GH34FR should work out just fine at a height of about 45". I did some calculating and you're looking at about a 15 degree angle from where the bottom of the ramp will sit. The end of the ramp will also be about 162" out form where they connect to the trailer.
You should be able to mock this up at home and see what kind of slope you're looking at with this solution.
