Will the Thule Passage Trunk Mount Bike Rack Fit a 2010 BMW 3 Series Coupe
Question:
Have you had any issues with people using this rack for the BMW coupe. I have seen where peole had questions about the 3 Series Sedan but nothing on the Coupe. And would the rack damage the car?

The Thule Passage trunk mount bike rack # TH910XT is a fit for the 2010 BMW 3 Series coupe. If care is taken and the rack is not overloaded, and if you remove it when not in use, then you should have no worries about the rack damaging the vehicle.
The rack has a capacity of 35 pounds per bike. You will need to make sure the rack and vehicle are clean, where they touch each other, before installing the rack. A coat of wax in this area will also offer additional protection. And removing the rack when not in use will go a long way in not putting any marks on the vehicle.
If you will be carrying any bikes that do not have a top frame bar that goes straight across (like a typical mens bike would) then I recommend using bike adapter bar # TH982XT. This will allow you to carry those bikes more level and will provide better ground clearance. I have to use these adapters and without them my wifes bike would be at a severe angle and I would not be able to load my sons bike at all. I have linked a video showing how the adapter works.
