Expert Reply:
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C15810 is a custom fit receiver which should not require drilling to install on a 2009 Ford F-350 Super Duty. If you have a cab and chassis version F-350 you will want the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C15845 and this will require drilling to install. This receiver is similar to the receiver # C15810 in having a 2-1/2" receiver. If you are unsure if you have a cab and chassis or Super Duty you can check the vehicle information sticker inside your door frame. A cab and chassis will have "Incomplete Vehicle" on the top of the tag.
