I checked with Timbren, the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System part # TFRRGR is a confirmed fit for a 2023 Ford Ranger with Tremor Package. These feature a simple bolt-on install without any drilling required. They will do a great job of helping provide rear end support while towing or hauling. I will say however they can ride a bit rough so if ride quality is important I might go with a similar option in the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs part # SS86MR which although don't provide as much support, ride much smoother.
