What Does the Blue LED Light Mean On the Brake Buddy Classic 3?

Does the blue led light on the brake buddy charge kit always stay on even when not connected to the Motorhome? If so, will this run down the battery?

If the blue LED light is on your Brake Buddy Classic 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System # HM39494 then that means there is power passing through it.
Since this will eventually run down your battery, you should've also received a BrakeBuddy Towed Vehicle Battery Charge Kit # BB54FR to remedy this.
This kit will maintain your battery in your towed vehicle while it is being flat towed.
