I am happy to help. It looks like your 2013 Insight has a class I 1-1/4" hitch which limits your options. I recommend the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack item # TH903202. This is a frame mounted bike rack that will secure your bikes using padded clamps. These clamps work great with alternative framed bikes. It is also the best option for bikes with fenders because it completely avoids the wheels.
The Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack item # TH903202 fits class I, II, and III hitches. It has a 65 lbs capacity per bike. The included ramp not only makes loading your bikes easy but it also stores on the rack so you don't have to worry about it taking up space in your car.
The straps included with the EasyFold work with tires up to 3" wide. If your bike has wider tires you will need the Fat Bike Straps for Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack item # TH985101. These hold tires up to 4-11/16" wide.
I have linked a couple of review videos below so you can see the functions of this bike rack.
