Is there a way to use a B and W Champion with turnover ball hitch on a Ram 2500 with Ram Boxes?

I have a solution for you but the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Hitch for Turnover Ball Systems item # BWRVK3500 won't work on a Ram 2500 with Ramboxes because you can't use a rotating pinbox with this set up. Since you have Ramboxes you can't have the kingpin rotating in the head of the 5th wheel hitch because you will bang into the side of your bed.
The Ramboxes give you no clearance for making turns so you must have a rotating pinbox to move the the turning point above the side of your bed rails. The Turnover ball systems aren't compatible with rotating pinboxes because of the force exerted on the gooseneck receiver.
With this in mind you will have to use the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch item # BWRVK3255 and the B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails item # BWRVK2602. This combo is rated to be used with a rotating pinboxes. This hitch has a 18,000 lbs capacity. The rails are custom fit and designed specifically for your Ram 2500.
I have linked an installation video below.
To make towing with a 5th wheel easier I recommend adding the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector - 10' Long item # C56000. This harness puts a 7-way connector in the bed of your truck and allows you to keep the one on your bumper. This makes hooking up to your 5th wheel trailer easier and more convenient.
